Real Estate Associate, Multiple US Locations · AmLaw 100 Firm

Mid-level position handling commercial real estate and financing across a large AmLaw 100 firm's U.S. offices. The firm operates 20+ locations, and this role offers choice of base.

The work:

• Manage complex real estate transactions from documentation through closing, including acquisition agreements, financing arrangements, leasehold matters, easement issues, and development agreements
• Advise on structures for real estate-backed financing and joint venture arrangements involving commercial properties (office, multifamily housing, retail, hospitality, and related asset types)
• Negotiate and draft transaction documentation
• Interact directly with partners and institutional clients
• Provide mentorship to more junior attorneys

What they're looking for:

• 5-8 years' substantive real estate transaction and finance experience
• Comfort negotiating complex deals and managing multiple concurrent transactions
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and project timelines
• Bar admission in at least one U.S. state and JD required
• Background in development or partnership arrangements valued

Compensation: $310,000 to $420,000.
