Real Estate Associate (Mid- to Senior), Denver · AmLaw 100 Firm

AmLaw 100 firm seeking a mid- to senior-level real estate associate to lead transactions in its Denver office. You'll manage acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development deals across multiple asset classes with significant autonomy.

The work:

• Directing commercial real estate acquisitions and sales
• Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, financing documents, and lease arrangements
• Structuring real estate finance transactions with debt and equity components
• Managing joint venture formation and investment fund matters
• Serving as primary counsel on assigned deals with minimal oversight

What they're looking for:

• 4-7 years of commercial real estate transaction experience
• Superior drafting and negotiation skills
• Track record of managing deals independently
• Real estate investment fund experience preferred
• Colorado Bar admission in good standing
