The work:

• Structure and advise on commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and sales for institutional and entrepreneurial clients
• Arrange debt and equity financing for development projects and investment entities
• Manage leasing and development transactions
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts and transaction agreements
• Handle matters for regional and national clients across multiple industries

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 4 years of commercial real estate transaction experience
• Prior work at a regional or national law firm
• Demonstrated skill in drafting and negotiating complex real estate agreements
• Florida Bar admission or admission eligibility
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
