Vault Top 10 firm's real estate practice in Los Angeles is expanding its team and seeking mid-level associates with solid law firm experience to handle complex commercial real estate matters. You'll work alongside senior partners on a diverse portfolio of transactions serving institutional and commercial clients.

The work:

• Acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets
• Commercial and industrial property financings
• Joint venture structures and fund formation
• Leasing transactions with tenant and landlord representation

• 3-4 years of law firm real estate experience
• Strong academic background from a leading law school
• California bar membership
• Demonstrated ability to handle sophisticated transactions independently

This role offers partnership-track potential for exceptional performers. Base compensation is $260,000-$310,000, with discretionary year-end bonus consideration.
