AmLaw real estate group in Los Angeles or San Francisco seeks mid-to-senior associate with 3+ years of transaction experience for acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing work.

The work:

• Acquisitions and dispositions of commercial and residential properties
• Real estate development and project transactions
• Land use, zoning, and entitlements
• Commercial leasing agreements
• Real estate financing transactions

What they're looking for:

• 3+ years transactional real estate experience, large firm background preferred
• California bar admission required
• Proven legal writing and research capability
• Ability to manage mid-sized matters and portions of larger deals
• Client communication and relationship management
• Team-oriented approach

Compensation: $235,000-$390,000 depending on experience and location.
