The work:

• Real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and structured financings
• Development projects and infrastructure investments
• Commercial and industrial leasing agreements
• Joint ventures and multi-party structures
• Multi-family, data center, industrial, office, and hospitality properties
• National client base with matters throughout the country

What they're looking for:

• 3 to 4 years of real estate legal experience
• Strong academic record and writing ability
• Organized, detail-oriented transaction management

• California bar admission required
