Leading national real estate firm seeking mid-level associate for its Las Vegas office. You'll handle commercial transactions across acquisitions, dispositions, development deals, and real estate finance, serving clients from mid-market to enterprise.

The work:

• Commercial acquisitions, sales, and dispositions
• Real estate finance transactions and joint venture structures
• Development deals from negotiation through closing
• Due diligence, documentation, and deal administration
• Collaboration with the firm's financial services and gaming teams

What they're looking for:

• 3+ years of commercial real estate transactions experience
• Large firm background preferred
• Strong drafting, research, and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple complex workloads
• Nevada Bar admission required
