The work:

• Data center development from site acquisition through construction and operation
• Representing developers, investors, operators, and lenders in development matters
• Land use analysis, zoning, and entitlements work
• Utility and infrastructure agreement negotiation and drafting
• Construction and development contract negotiation
• Environmental coordination and stakeholder management

What they're looking for:

• 3+ years in complex real estate development and transactions
• Background in digital infrastructure, renewable energy, project finance, or public-private partnerships preferred
• Missouri bar admission required
• Strong project management, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work across real estate, energy, finance, environmental, construction, and regulatory practices
• Excellent writing and business judgment
