Real Estate Associate (Junior), Denver · AmLaw 100 Firm

AmLaw 100 firm seeking a junior-level real estate associate to build commercial transaction experience in its Denver office. You'll work on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development projects under mentorship from senior team members.

The work:

• Drafting and reviewing commercial real estate transaction documents
• Supporting acquisitions and sales across office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties
• Assisting with real estate finance and leasing transactions
• Working on joint venture and investment fund formation matters
• Taking on significant project responsibility with guidance

What they're looking for:

• 1-3 years of commercial real estate experience
• Strong writing and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to take project ownership
• Real estate investment fund or sponsorship experience a plus
• Colorado Bar admission in good standing
