The work:

• Negotiate and document real estate transactions including purchases, sales, and financing arrangements
• Handle development agreements and joint venture structures
• Manage leasing matters and related documentation
• Support acquisitions and dispositions across asset types
• Conduct due diligence and documentation review on transactions
