Join an AmLaw 100 firm's Real Estate practice as a mid-level associate on a partnership track in Dallas. The Real Estate group is a core practice area for the firm, with over 80 attorneys across eight offices nationwide collaborating on sophisticated transactions. As a partner-track associate, you'll build deep expertise in complex real estate matters.

The work:

• Debt-side transactions: mortgage loans, mezzanine loan structures, and complex financings
• Equity-side transactions: acquisitions, dispositions, and joint venture arrangements
• Meaningful responsibility throughout the transaction lifecycle, from deal structuring through execution and closing

What they're looking for:

• 3-6 years of real estate experience with demonstrated success on either debt or equity matters
• Strong academic record and exceptional analytical, writing, and organizational capabilities
• Collaborative mindset and proactive engagement on team-driven matters
• Texas bar membership (preferred at hire, required within one year)
