Real Estate Associate, Boston · Vault Top 30 Firm

Vault Top 30 firm seeks a mid-level real estate transactions attorney for its Boston office. You'll handle complex real estate financing transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint venture arrangements across multiple property types including office, multifamily, industrial, retail, and hospitality. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions with institutional lenders and major property owners and developers.

The work:

• Represent lenders and borrowers in structured real estate financings
• Handle acquisitions and dispositions across major asset classes
• Structure and document joint venture arrangements
• Manage complex deal documentation and negotiate with multiple stakeholders
• Support senior attorneys from initial underwriting through closing

What they're looking for:

• 3-4 years of law firm real estate transactions experience
• Demonstrated expertise in real estate financing, acquisitions, or related transaction work
• Strong academic background and analytical and writing skills
• Current bar admission or eligibility for prompt admission in Massachusetts
• Ability to manage complexity and communicate clearly with clients and opposing counsel
