Real Estate Associate, Boston · Vault Top 10 Firm

A top-tier firm's Real Estate Investments and Transactions group is expanding its Boston office. You'll represent institutional clients—private equity funds, asset managers, real estate funds, REITs, and investment banks—on substantial commercial real estate transactions.

The work:

• Draft and negotiate joint venture agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and financing documents
• Manage acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets, including complex structures
• Work on debt and equity financing for real estate investments
• Oversee due diligence on legal, environmental, title, zoning, and leasing matters
• Build and maintain client relationships across the investment community

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years' experience at a large law firm
• Attention to detail and strong written communication
• Active Massachusetts bar admission or eligible to apply promptly
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Background with responsible AI applications in legal work is valued
