Vault Top 10 firm seeks a mid-level associate with 4+ years of securities law experience to counsel public companies on compliance, governance, and SEC reporting. Your client base spans Fortune 500 companies, newly public firms, and smaller reporting companies across technology, healthcare, real estate, and consumer sectors.

The work:

• Advise public companies on securities compliance and disclosure obligations
• Counsel on corporate governance structures and regulatory matters
• Manage SEC reporting and filing requirements for multiple clients
• Support clients from early-stage public companies to established Fortune 500 firms

What they're looking for:

• 4+ years of securities law or in-house corporate governance experience
• Ability to manage compliance matters independently and work collaboratively
• Strong knowledge of securities regulations and public company requirements
