AmLaw 100 firm with an active Capital Markets practice seeking an experienced public company attorney.

The work:

• Provide securities law counseling to public company clients
• Handle SEC reporting and corporate governance compliance
• Advise on disclosure matters and regulatory requirements
• Work with companies at different lifecycle stages and across industries
• Coordinate with specialists on complex issues

What they're looking for:

• 4+ years handling securities compliance or corporate governance
• Ability to manage compliance matters independently
• Strong working knowledge of federal securities laws
• Excellent analytical and writing skills
• Strong academic record
• Prior in-house counsel experience welcome
