Public Companies & Capital Markets Associate, New York · Premier Technology Firm

A premier technology-focused firm is looking for a mid-level associate to join its public companies and capital markets group in New York. The seat covers securities offerings alongside the ongoing disclosure and governance work that public issuers carry year-round. Clients are concentrated in technology.

The work:

• Equity and debt offerings for public issuers, including registered deals and private placements
• Periodic reporting under the Exchange Act, including annual and quarterly filings and disclosure review
• Corporate governance advice to boards and committees, including proxy statements and shareholder matters
• Securities law compliance across insider trading, Section 16, and related-party questions

What they're looking for:

• A mid-level associate with capital markets or securities experience, ideally including public-company work
• Admission in New York, or eligibility to waive in
• The ability to run reporting cycles and offerings with limited supervision
