The work:

• Advising tier-one lenders and sponsors on project, corporate, and acquisition financing
• Managing transaction closures for project and infrastructure financings
• Coordinating work across global offices to support complex, cross-border transactions
• Managing external counsel on local jurisdiction matters
• Leading small teams through transaction execution

What they're looking for:

• Admitted in Australia or another Common Law jurisdiction
• Four to seven years of post-qualification experience
• Background in general banking finance with exposure to project, corporate, and acquisition financing
• Strong understanding of international finance law and complex contractual structures
• Organized, deadline-focused approach with ability to handle multiple work streams
• Team collaborator with strong professional relationships
