The practice leads the market in structuring financings across multiple industrial sectors and geographies.

The work:

• Structure and execute project financings across industrial sectors and multiple geographies
• Support complex transactions in energy and other infrastructure sectors
• Analyze risk and identify solutions to project finance issues
• Work with both lenders and sponsors to structure optimal transaction terms
• Spot market trends and emerging opportunities

What they're looking for:

• 2–3 years of project finance or related legal experience
• Strong technical and analytical capabilities
• Interest in emerging areas like energy transition
• Ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions
