One of the world's leading project finance practices is hiring a mid-level associate for either its Singapore or Tokyo office. The seat covers project development and finance across Asia, on domestic mandates and cross-border deals. The work spans the full life of a project, from early development through financing and close.

The work:

• Financing for energy, infrastructure, and natural resources projects
• Acting for lenders, sponsors, and developers on project debt
• Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security packages, and project documents
• Cross-border transactions across a range of Asian markets

What they're looking for:

• A mid-level associate with project development or finance experience
• Qualification in a common law jurisdiction
• Comfort with cross-border work and a willingness to be based in Singapore or Tokyo
