Project Finance Associate, Multiple US Locations · Leading Energy & Infrastructure Firm

Join the Global Projects practice at a leading energy and infrastructure firm with offices across the United States. This position offers experience in complex project finance transactions supporting energy transition and renewable energy development.

The work:

• Represent lenders, sponsors, and investors across project finance transactions
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, intercreditor arrangements, and security documentation
• Participate in government-backed financing programs for infrastructure and energy projects
• Conduct due diligence and coordinate across multidisciplinary deal teams
• Support senior partners on sophisticated infrastructure and energy transition matters

What they're looking for:

• 2 to 6 years of law firm experience in project finance transactions
• Background in renewable energy, power infrastructure, or energy transition projects
• Exposure to government-supported financing programs preferred
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
• U.S. bar admission in relevant jurisdiction
