Vault Top 100 firm seeks an associate or senior associate for its Project Finance and Tax practice. Candidates should have 4+ years of transactional experience in project finance, renewable energy, or tax equity financing.

The work:

• Project finance transactions for renewable energy and clean energy infrastructure
• Debt project finance including credit agreements, collateral documents, and intercreditor arrangements
• Tax equity financings, tax credit sales, and federal investment tax credit (ITC) and production tax credit (PTC) structures
• Due diligence on offtake, engineering/procurement/construction (EPC), supply, and operations & maintenance contracts
• Exposure to data center financing, private credit, and tax credit transferability
• Multi-tranche financings combining debt, tax equity, and tax credit transfer components

What they're looking for:

• 4+ years of transactional experience in debt project finance or tax equity financing
• Strong understanding of renewable energy and clean energy infrastructure
• Familiarity with offtake, EPC, supply, and O&M contract structuring
• Tax credit and ITC/PTC experience a plus
• Exposure to data centers, infrastructure, private credit, or tax credit transferability valued
• Interest in business development and direct partner mentorship

Strong deal pipeline in the energy transition sector. Direct client contact and early business development exposure. Base salary $310,000+, based on year classification, skills, and experience.
