AmLaw 20 firm with a premier energy and infrastructure practice seeks mid-career associates for its project development and finance team. Based across four major US offices, this role provides deep exposure to large-scale transactional work.

The work:

• Represent energy and infrastructure clients in M&A transactions
• Structure and negotiate project finance deals
• Advise on debt financing arrangements
• Handle renewable energy project work
• Work with clients across energy, power, and infrastructure sectors

What they're looking for:

• 6-8 years of transactional practice experience
• Proven track record in M&A, project finance, or energy transactions
• Strong law school credentials
• Flexibility to work from Houston, New York, Los Angeles, or Washington, D.C.
