Project Development and Finance Associate, Houston · Vault Top 10 Firm

Top-tier global firm seeks a mid-to-senior associate for its project development and finance practice in Houston. The firm executes over 100 major project financings annually across industrial and energy sectors worldwide.

The work:

• Structure and negotiate complex project financings for energy and infrastructure clients
• Represent sponsors and lenders on project development and financing matters
• Draft and review key transaction documentation and financing structures
• Identify legal and commercial issues early and develop workable solutions
• Coordinate with industry specialists on energy transition and regulatory matters
• Manage transactions from initial structuring through closing

What they're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in project development or project finance
• Background representing energy and infrastructure clients
• Strong technical knowledge of financing structures
• Ability to manage complex transactions with multiple workstreams
• Demonstrated experience working with institutional clients
• JD required
