Private Investment Funds Associate, Silicon Valley · Vault Top 10 Firm

A leading corporate law firm is seeking a mid to senior-level associate to join its private investment funds practice. You'll represent venture capital and private equity funds through the full lifecycle of their investments and operations.

The work:

• Advising on fund structuring, formation, and operation
• Managing domestic and international fund transactions
• Handling financings and acquisitions for portfolio companies
• Establishing and managing alternative investment structures
• Working independently on transaction components and collaboratively within teams

What they're looking for:

• 4-6 years of relevant law firm experience
• Strong background in venture capital and private equity fund work
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Academic excellence and bar admission (or prompt eligibility)
