Private Funds Associate, Multiple US Locations · Vault Top 20 Firm

A leading global law firm is seeking private funds associates at the mid-to-senior level to join their investment funds practice. Positions available across multiple major U.S. locations.

The work:

• Advise on formation and structuring of private equity, real estate, and credit funds
• Counsel clients on fund governance, capital-raising, and related legal matters
• Handle complex multi-jurisdictional fund structures and investor arrangements
• Build expertise across multiple asset classes and fund types

What they're looking for:

• 3+ years of substantive fund formation and private capital transaction experience
• Strong understanding of fund structuring across private equity, real estate, and credit
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions independently
• Licensed to practice in the location of hire
• Excellent academic credentials and law firm background

Compensation in the $310,000-$435,000 range annually.
