Vault Top 30 law firm seeking a mid-level associate with 3 to 5 years of fund formation experience for its Boston office.

The work:

• Structuring and negotiating fund formation documents for institutional investors and family offices
• Drafting limited partnership agreements, subscription documents, and capital raising materials
• Advising on fund administration, governance, and investor relations matters
• Conducting due diligence and regulatory compliance analysis on fund structures
• Supporting complex fund syndications and transactions across multiple jurisdictions

What they're looking for:

• 3 to 5 years of direct fund formation experience at a quality law firm
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with institutional clients
