A premier technology and private equity firm seeks a senior associate with 6+ years of transaction experience for its Silicon Valley office. The ideal candidate manages significant transaction components independently while collaborating with deal teams and client sponsors.

The work:

• Advising on acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, and growth equity investments
• Managing transaction components independently and directing work of junior attorneys
• Conducting vendor due diligence and managing equity compensation matters
• Structuring and documenting complex transaction agreements
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external deal participants

What they're looking for:

• 6+ years of experience in corporate and transactional law
• Proven ability to manage material portions of deals independently
• Strong business judgment and client communication skills
• Substantive experience across M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions
• Active bar admission or clear path to immediate admission
• Deal sheet documenting significant transaction experience
