Private Equity Associate, Singapore · Magic Circle Firm

A Magic Circle firm with a strong Singapore office seeks an associate for its private equity and investment funds practice. You'll work on cross-border transactions and fund formation matters with lawyers across multiple jurisdictions.

The work:

• Handle private equity transactions and fund structuring work
• Advise on fund formation and investor requirements
• Work on cross-border PE and investment fund matters
• Draft transaction documents and fund documentation
• Support client relationship development and business development

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years of legal experience in investment funds or private equity
• Admission to practice in Singapore
• Experience at a top-tier or international firm preferred
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent drafting and technical skills
• Commercial understanding of PE and fund structures
• Ability to work across offices and manage complex matters
