Patent Litigation Associate

The work:

• Patent litigation in federal district court on infringement, invalidity, and licensing disputes
• Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other court filings
• Managing discovery, conducting legal research, and preparing expert depositions
• Representing clients across technology, semiconductors, software, and related industries
• Collaborating with technical experts and clients on complex technical issues

What they're looking for:

• 2–5 years of federal patent litigation experience
• Undergraduate or advanced degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or closely related technical field
• Hands-on coding experience in modern programming languages
• Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Strong technical aptitude for understanding complex technologies
• Bar admission or eligibility for admission by waiver in your jurisdiction

Compensation: $225,000–$320,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus
