Patent Litigation Associate, Dallas · Vault Top 30 Firm

Join this Vault Top 30 firm's intellectual property and technology practice as a patent litigation associate. You'll handle complex patent disputes in federal courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, working with clients across industries on high-stakes matters.

The work:

• Prosecute and defend patent disputes in federal courts
• Represent clients before the ITC in patent infringement and related matters
• Handle patent validity challenges and infringement proceedings at the PTAB
• Manage case strategy and technical analysis on complex IP matters

What they're looking for:

• 3-6 years of patent litigation experience
• Strong technical foundation (electrical engineering, computer science, or physics background preferred)
• Experience in federal courts, ITC proceedings, or PTAB matters
• Patent Bar membership preferred but not required
• Advanced technical degree or industry experience valued
• Ability to quickly master complex technical and legal issues
