An AmLaw 100 firm with a leading IP and technology practice is hiring patent litigation attorneys for its Dallas office.

The work:

• Litigating patent disputes in U.S. federal courts
• Handling cases before the U.S. International Trade Commission
• Working on Patent Trial and Appeal Board proceedings
• Analyzing patents and developing case strategy
• Supporting clients in technology and IP-intensive industries

What they're looking for:

• One to six years of patent litigation experience
• Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or equivalent technical field
• Bar admission (Patent Bar membership preferred but not required)
• Technical knowledge and litigation skills
• Advanced degree or industry experience is valued
