Global Vault Top 30 law firm seeking a patent attorney or agent with 3+ years of patent prosecution experience in chemistry or related sciences. You'll draft and prosecute U.S. patent applications, coordinate international patent strategies, and prepare patentability and non-infringement opinions. This mid-level position offers case independence and collaborative opportunities within a large patent group. Requires bar admission in your jurisdiction and USPTO registration. Compensation $180K–$240K based on experience and qualifications.

The work:

• Drafting and prosecuting U.S. patent applications
• Managing international patent application strategies
• Preparing patentability, non-infringement, and invalidity opinions
• Intellectual property counseling
