Regional law firm with nationwide presence serving clients across diverse industries, particularly technology and life sciences. Building a strong intellectual property practice across multiple locations. Seeking patent associates to support expanding patent prosecution capabilities.

The work:

• Patent preparation and prosecution across all technology sectors
• Patent portfolio management and strategic analysis
• Patent opinion work supporting client transactions and licensing
• Direct client contact with emphasis on training and development
• Work in collaborative team environment focused on professional growth

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience required
• State bar admission and USPTO registration required
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
