Midlevel associate in corporate and asset finance. The role covers secured and unsecured lending across syndicated credit facilities, asset-based loans, and acquisition finance. You'll represent both lenders and borrowers in complex transactions and advise on loan restructurings and workouts. The practice spans private equity, private credit, and commercial lending with emphasis on mezzanine finance.

The work:

• Drafting and negotiating secured and unsecured loan agreements
• Advising lenders and borrowers on syndicated credit transactions
• Handling asset-based lending and acquisition financing
• Managing loan workouts and restructuring matters
• Supporting private equity and commercial lending transactions

What they're looking for:

• Three to five years of law firm experience in finance or lending
• Expertise in secured and unsecured credit facilities
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Track record managing client relationships
• Salary range: $225,000 to $330,000
