Mid-Level Real Estate Associate, Dallas · Leading Real Estate Firm

A leading real estate firm based in Dallas seeks a mid-level real estate attorney with 3–6 years of hands-on commercial real estate lending and acquisition experience.

The work:

• Negotiate and document commercial mortgages, mezzanine loan structures, and other secured lending transactions representing borrowers or lenders
• Handle acquisitions, dispositions, and co-investment structures including joint venture arrangements
• Manage transaction closings, coordinate across multiple parties, and handle complex deal logistics
• Draft and revise loan agreements and transaction documents
• Advise clients on real estate structures and approaches

What they're looking for:

• 3–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience, with emphasis on lending transactions
• Demonstrated experience representing borrowers and lenders in secured financing deals
• Track record managing closings and handling complex documentation
• Strong analytical and writing ability
• Solid academic background

• Texas bar admission required within 12 months
