AmLaw 100 firm seeking mid-level M&A associate in Fort Lauderdale. Execute sophisticated transactions across healthcare, technology, infrastructure, and other sectors with strong drafting and execution focus.

The work:

• Draft, review, and negotiate key transaction documents (LOIs, purchase agreements, merger agreements)
• Manage due diligence processes including contract and regulatory review
• Coordinate with tax, regulatory, finance, and litigation colleagues on transaction issues
• Participate in client meetings and provide strategic transaction input
• Prepare closing documentation and ensure post-closing obligations are met

What they're looking for:

• J.D. from accredited law school; Florida Bar admission required or willingness to pursue promptly
• 4-6 years of M&A and corporate experience at a national or regional firm
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management capabilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-volume team
• Cross-border transaction experience preferred
• Private equity transaction familiarity valued
