Mid-Level Debt Finance Associate, New York · Vault Top 10 Firm

A Vault top 10 global law firm is growing its debt finance practice in New York and seeks a mid-level associate with 4-6 years of experience. The group advises institutional lenders, investment banks, and private debt funds on complex credit transactions and capital arrangements. You'll work on transactions across multiple debt products and asset classes.

The work:

• Executing complex financing transactions with client involvement
• Drafting and negotiating credit documentation
• Structuring debt arrangements and capital solutions
• Supporting institutional clients on complex transactions

What they're looking for:

• 4-6 years of debt finance or banking law experience
• Admitted to practice in New York in good standing
• Demonstrated transaction experience and strong academic credentials
• Ability to manage complex deals independently

Compensation: $310,000–$390,000 annually.
