Mid-Level Capital Markets/M&A Associate, Dallas · AmLaw 200 Firm

Large national firm's Dallas office is hiring a mid-level associate to build out its securities and transaction practice. Position involves advising corporate clients on public markets, regulatory compliance, and transaction work.

The work:

• Draft and review SEC filings for public company clients (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy materials)
• Advise on capital raises through public and private debt and equity offerings
• Handle compliance issues around disclosure, board reporting, and stock exchange requirements
• Support M&A transactions for both public and private companies
• Coordinate with clients, regulators, and outside counsel

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years at a law firm doing capital markets or securities work
• Demonstrated experience with public company representation
• Track record managing client relationships and regulatory interactions
• JD from ABA-accredited law school and active Texas bar license (or eligible)
• Strong academic record and large law firm background
• On-site Dallas presence minimum 3 days weekly
