A Magic Circle law firm's Finance group is seeking a mid-level associate in New York with a background in lending and corporate work. You'll develop practical expertise in structured debt, secured finance, and related corporate transactions.

The work:

• Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, credit agreements, security agreements, and commitment papers
• Managing UCC filings and related secured finance matters
• Handling general corporate work alongside lending transactions
• Building experience in structured debt and asset-backed transactions
