Mid-Level Associate, Chicago · AmLaw 100 Firm

AmLaw 100 law firm seeking a mid-level associate to join its corporate finance team in Chicago. You'll advise lenders and borrowers on institutional financing transactions ranging from asset-based facilities to real estate structures, working in a collaborative, training-focused environment.

The work:

• Document, negotiate, and close asset-based lending transactions
• Handle real estate financing structures and arrangements
• Advise on cash flow-based financing and related matters
• Partner with lenders, borrowers, and capital providers on transaction execution
• Participate in closing and post-closing relationship management

What they're looking for:

• 3-6 years of legal experience, with background in corporate finance or lending preferred
• Strong academic record
• Excellent legal drafting and attention to detail
• Illinois Bar admission or ability to waive in
• Collaborative, hands-on approach to work
• Salary range: $260,000-$390,000
