Global law firm with offices across the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia, serving clients across diverse industries including banking, infrastructure, energy, food and beverage, healthcare, and technology. Seeking a Mergers and Acquisitions lawyer to expand its Delaware corporate practice and handle complex transactions for clients across its multiple offices.

The work:

• Delaware corporate advice on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate restructurings
• Incorporations, dissolutions, strategic partnerships, and complex financing transactions
• Cross-border transactions and private equity investment structuring
• Fiduciary duty considerations and strategic corporate counsel
• Project management across multiple concurrent matters under deadline pressure

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of Delaware corporate experience with substantial M&A background
• Delaware bar admission required
• Experience in business/corporate group at a Delaware-based or large national firm
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent academic credentials
