Mergers and Acquisitions Senior Associate, Multiple US Locations · Vault Top 30 Firm

Market-leading Vault firm seeking managing or senior associate for its M&A and private equity team. The role requires 4 to 7 years of law firm experience and is open to candidates across four major US offices.

The work:

• Lead and manage significant M&A and private equity transactions
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents
• Conduct due diligence and handle deal structuring
• Advise clients through complex corporate transactions
• Work with institutional investors, corporations, and investment firms

Compensation: $310,000 to $420,000.
