The work:

• Advise public companies on shareholder activism and takeover defense strategies
• Handle corporate governance and securities law matters
• Apply Delaware corporate law expertise to complex transactions
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Work with senior partners and coordinate across the firm on major matters
• Participate in transaction management and deal execution

What they're looking for:

• 4 to 7 years of M&A and corporate governance experience
• Strong background in public company M&A and securities law
• Deep knowledge of Delaware corporate law
• Experience advising on shareholder activism and takeover defense
• Degree from a nationally recognized law school
