A leading international law firm's Philadelphia office seeks an experienced mid-level associate to join its M&A practice. You'll work on domestic and cross-border transactions for public and private companies in life sciences, healthcare, energy, consumer, and financial services. The firm offers substantial opportunities for professional development and exposure to complex, large-scale deals. Compensation is competitive at the BigLaw level, including base salary and performance bonuses.

The work:

• Advising on acquisitions, mergers, and corporate reorganizations
• Conducting target due diligence and analyzing findings
• Drafting transaction agreements and corporate documents
• Collaborating with large deal teams across multiple locations
• Managing transaction components from initial structuring through closing

What they're looking for:

• 4-6 years of mergers and acquisitions and general corporate experience
• Strong knowledge of Delaware and New York corporate and securities law
• Pennsylvania bar admission required
• Large firm background preferred
• Excellent academic credentials and strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive on complex, team-based transactions
