The work:

• Negotiate and draft transaction documents for complex M&A and private equity deals
• Lead portions of transactions from due diligence through closing
• Manage key responsibilities within deal teams, producing acquisition and equity-related documents
• Take on client-facing work at a level that stretches your current experience
