A corporate law firm is recruiting a mid-level M&A attorney for its New York office to join the private equity and M&A group.

The work:

• Guiding financial sponsors through leveraged buyout transactions and deal structuring
• Representing corporate buyers and sellers in mid-market transactions
• Closing on growth equity and minority stake investments
• Negotiating and documenting strategic transactions

What they're looking for:

• Three to six years of M&A or private equity experience at a top-tier law firm
• New York bar license
• Proven track record advising financial sponsors or strategic clients
• Strong deal execution skills and comfort with complex transaction structures
