Mergers and Acquisitions Associate, Multiple US Locations · Vault Top 30 Firm

Top-tier Vault firm with a leading M&A practice. This role is for an associate with 2 to 4 years of transaction experience, working on sophisticated domestic and cross-border matters for major institutional clients.

The work:

• Advise on the full spectrum of M&A transactions, from initial structuring to closing
• Draft and negotiate core transaction documents
• Analyze complex corporate and structural issues across deal types
• Work on both sell-side and buy-side mandates
• Support a range of transaction structures including acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations
