AmLaw 100 firm seeks a 2-4 year associate for M&A work in Fort Lauderdale. You'll work on acquisitions and private equity transactions for clients across healthcare, technology, infrastructure, insurance, and financial services. The firm offers competitive compensation and strong benefits.

The work:

• Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related transaction documents
• Lead due diligence workstreams, including representations and warranties insurance analysis
• Coordinate with tax, benefits, real estate specialists and external advisors
• Prepare closing deliverables and manage post-closing responsibilities
• Serve as point of contact with clients on key deal components

What they're looking for:

• 2-4 years in M&A, private equity, or corporate law at a firm
• Juris Doctor; admission or prompt eligibility for Florida Bar
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management capabilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-volume environment
• Experience managing client interactions
• Cross-border transaction or private equity experience preferred
