Mergers & Acquisitions Associate, Baltimore · AmLaw 100 Firm

AmLaw 100 firm seeks a junior associate with one to three years of experience for its corporate practice. The role focuses on M&A transactions, capital markets offerings, and public company matters. You'll work across clients in technology, aerospace and defense, government services, life sciences, energy, and financial services, gaining exposure to sophisticated transactions.

The work:

• Support M&A and capital markets transactions from initiation through close
• Prepare transaction documents, agreements, and regulatory filings
• Conduct legal research and due diligence analysis
• Work closely with partners and senior associates on complex matters
• Manage multiple client matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

What they're looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in corporate law or M&A

Salary: $225,000–$260,000 annually, plus performance-based compensation and benefits.
