Media litigation associate at a nationally recognized firm known for First Amendment and technology law. You'll represent leading technology companies in high-stakes matters involving platform liability, constitutional protections for digital media, and regulatory enforcement.

The work:

• Litigate First Amendment and Section 230 platform defense cases
• Develop and present constitutional arguments for technology clients
• Handle regulatory enforcement matters affecting digital platforms
• Manage matters from investigation through trial and appeal
• Work closely with partners and clients on emerging media law issues

What they're looking for:

• 4–6 years of litigation experience
• Excellent legal writing and analytical ability
• Interest in developing subject matter expertise in media law
• Proactive, self-directed approach to work
• Strong client service orientation
• Bar admission in California or Washington
